Chris has been involved in commercial real estate since his first job site visit with his father
nearly 40 years ago. Growing up in the commercial real estate arena gave him a head start
having received his real estate license while attending college and consummating several
commercial lease transactions while studying for his degree in real estate and urban land
economics.

Chris went on to form his own development company in 1995 specializing in
commercial real estate development. Chris has developed for National, Regional and
Franchisees with specialties ranging from QSR STNL BTS to Grocery Anchored
Neighborhood Shopping Centers.
